It’s officially #cocktailoclock and WE are stirring things up with our new fave Midwest #bourbon find from @binnysbev WE are in ❤️ with this Reserve Bourbon from @unionhorsedistillingco ! Not only does it make one heck of a cocktail, but the bottle looks right at home with our new Chelsea barware in copper and our schott zwiesel glassware 😏

2 oz infused Union Horse Reserve Bourbon (we used fresh thyme and fresh figs and let them soak in the Bourbon for 24 hrs) poured over Pinot Noir (use your fave) ice spheres (WE froze them in our Tívoli sphere molds using a 1:1 ratio of wine and water)
